Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure dishes meet hotel standards.
  • Supervise kitchen staff to maintain efficient workflow and high productivity levels.
  • Prepare sauces, soups, and hot dishes for service and special functions.
  • Monitor food quality and quantity as it relates to portion control.
  • Requisition the appropriate amount of food product in accordance with established hotel policies and procedures.
  • Complete all work responsibilities and assignments in a timely manner.
