Job Description:

As a seasoned culinary professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our kitchen operations. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare high-quality dishes to exact specifications and standards, while also maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary ingredients and equipment
  • Maintaining a positive and professional approach, even in fast-paced and high-pressure situations
  • Executing tasks with accuracy and speed, while adhering to company standards of quality, service, and presentation
  • Guiding junior chefs and providing training and guidance as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume venue
  • Proven wok experience
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
