Senior Culinary Professional

We are seeking an experienced Senior Culinary Professional to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled cook who is passionate about delivering high-quality meals and creating a positive dining experience for our clients.

  • This is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week with a 30-minute lunch break, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) with relevant industry experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, budgeting, and stock control.
  • A talent for creating safe and delicious meals that meet dietary and allergy requirements.
  • Excellent food safety knowledge and adherence to relevant regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
