Make a positive impact:

As an Injury Services Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting injured employees and driving positive injury management outcomes. You'll provide expert advice, manage workers' compensation cases, and implement return-to-work strategies to ensure a smooth and sustainable recovery process. You'll work closely with internal teams, insurers, healthcare professionals, and rehabilitation providers to achieve the best possible outcomes for both employees and the company.

As an Injury Services Advisor, you'll make a positive impact by:

• Managing workers' compensation and injury management cases

• Developing and implementing return-to-work plans for injured employees

• Collaborating with site leaders, insurers, and health professionals to achieve optimal outcomes

• Providing specialist training, coaching, and advice to key stakeholders

• Monitoring and analysing injury trends to support workplace health initiatives

• Maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring compliance with legislation

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• A strong understanding of workers' compensation legislation

• Minimum 3 years' experience in workers' compensation and/or injury management

• Experience developing and implementing return-to-work plans

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Nursing, or a related health science field (highly desirable)

• Return to Work Coordinator certification (Desirable)

• Valid Class C Drivers license
