Workplace Injury Prevention Specialist

Attracting a talented Injury Prevention Specialist will be pivotal to our organisation’s continued success in providing a safe and healthy work environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and advising on workers' compensation claims processes, developing and monitoring return-to-work programs, and educating and coaching managers on their roles and responsibilities in the injury management process.
This position requires someone with 5+ years of experience in a national workers' compensation role, qualifications in Psychology, Injury Management, Return to Work, or WHS, as well as broad knowledge and understanding of WHS and workers’ compensation laws.
