We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trade Sales Representative based in Melbourne to join our team. In this role, you will focus on driving sales and expanding our market reach by engaging with wholesalers and contractors and some A&D accounts. You will leverage your industry knowledge and our cutting-edge lighting solutions to build strong client relationships and achieve your sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Sales Development:** Identify and target potential wholesalers and contractors. Develop and implement strategies to increase market penetration and drive sales growth.

**Customer Relationship Management:** Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with key accounts. Understand their needs and provide tailored lighting solutions that meet their functional and aesthetic requirements.

**Product Expertise:** Utilize in-depth knowledge of our lighting technology to educate and guide clients. Demonstrate how our innovative solutions can address their specific needs.

**Market Insight:** Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Provide valuable feedback to refine sales strategies and enhance our product offerings.

**Sales Presentations:** Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our lighting solutions to wholesalers and contractors.

**Qualifications:**

Proven experience in a sales role within the lighting or construction industry, with a strong understanding of wholesaler and contractor dynamics.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for building and maintaining client relationships.

Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

In-depth knowledge of lighting products and technology is highly desirable.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.

A proactive, results-oriented approach with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.

**What We Offer:**

Competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience.

Commission structure offering 4% of sales.
