About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Account Development Manager to join our team at Vendito. As Regional Sales Manager - LED Lighting Solutions, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and developing relationships with contractors and end users in the South Eastern region of Melbourne and Victoria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive management of client accounts to ensure seamless sales operations.
- Identify opportunities and develop solutions to meet client needs and expand existing relationships.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, including contractors and end users.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to order placement, ensuring timely responses to quotation requests.
- Collaborate with the development team to create new products and services.
- Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development with a stable employment history.
- Background in the lighting industry or sales to the wholesale sector is highly valued.
- Track record of developing and maintaining long-term client relationships to meet sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to think on your feet, with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Highly motivated, team-oriented, and reliable, with a passion for sales and a willingness to learn and adapt.
What We Offer:
- Competitive base salary between $85,000 and $90,000, with the potential for a higher base salary for exceptional candidates.
- Monthly commissions and an annual bonus, with top performers earning $25,000 to $35,000 annually.
