Responsibilities include:

  • Providing individualized support to young people in a residential setting
  • Facilitating activities that promote healthy lifestyle choices and recreational pursuits
  • Maintaining a clean and healthy environment
  • Transporting young people to programs and appointments as required
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Certificate III in Community Services or a related field
  • Experience working with young people, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • An ability to work within personal and professional boundaries
