Customer Service and Account Manager

We are a leading financial services company specialising in fleet management, vehicle leasing and salary packaging.
About the RoleThis position is responsible for delivering timely, accurate information to our customers and presenting the services and benefits that SG Fleet can offer.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer enquiries and educate them on our products and services.
- Comprehensively learn and understand our products, processes, and services and provide support and advice to customers.
- Process customer requests and resolve complaints through our Customer Complaint Management Process.
- Maintain accurate and complete systems notes and apply customer service best practices.
- Extensive experience in customer relations and sales.
- Effective communication skills both verbally and written.
- Ability to resolve problems in a timely and effective manner.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Strong technical and numerical skills.
- A competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum.
