About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our Financial Services team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing senior stakeholder relationships and driving business growth in the Retail and Commercial Banking divisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans in collaboration with our capability teams
  • Lead proposal creation, presentation, and commercial negotiations and contracting
  • Identify opportunities for growth and promote our value propositions
  • Manage ongoing account planning and forecasting of revenue and sales pipeline
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and value delivery from services provided by Capgemini
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 10 years of consultative sales experience in an enterprise or large account sales environment selling information technology (IT) services. Your background should include:

  • Proven history of senior or CXO level stakeholder influence and long-term relationship management
  • Experience in Technology Services, Business Operations, Consulting, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and Process Automation in managed services construct
  • Financial Services – Retail banking industry experience is essential
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achievement against variable commission / bonus targets
