Job Overview:

As a Phlebotomy Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of quality and excellence within the organization.

You will lead teams to achieve positive outcomes through inclusive and supportive team leadership, implementing quality systems that meet industry standards and accreditation requirements. You will also supervise and manage staff in line with best practice human resource management principles.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of phlebotomy practices and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Mandatory Certificate III in Pathology Collection is essential, with a Cert IV in Pathology Specimen Collection highly regarded.
