As a skilled Phlebotomy Team Leader, you will oversee operational activities, conduct specimen collection procedures with precision and consistency, and maintain competency in all aspects of Specimen Collection.
Key Responsibilities- Expert-level proficiency in Phlebotomy specimen collection techniques.
- Proven understanding of standard precautions when interacting with patients and clinical specimens.
- Familiarity with Specimen Collection procedures or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge and skills.
- Highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and ability to lead teams to successful outcomes.
- Effective utilization of computerized systems.
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet clinical demands and manage supervisory duties.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, commitment to teamwork, and effective communication.
- Mandatory Certificate III in Pathology Specimen Collection.
- Certificate IV in Pathology Specimen Collection is highly regarded.
