We are currently seeking a skilled phlebotomist to join our hospital team. As a phlebotomy specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collecting blood samples from adults, children, and infants.
Your primary responsibilities will include registering patients using pre-analytical management systems, maintaining equipment and consumables, and delivering excellent customer service. You will also be trained in peripheral intravenous cannulation and have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements:- Certificate III in Phlebotomy or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a phlebotomist
- QLD open driver's license
- Good manual dexterity and ability to show empathy and understanding to patients
- Good understanding of patient confidentiality
