About the RoleThis position is part of the Financial Accounting Team, reporting to the Manager Financial Accounting. The successful candidate will provide efficient and effective financial accounting services to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, approved policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Produce and process end-of-month accounts, including journals, costings, accruals, and reconciliations.
- Assist the Manager Financial Accounting in managing compliance issues, including financial management practices and internal controls.
- An accounting degree or similar qualification is highly regarded.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution, negotiation, consultation, and communication skills.
- High-level analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to produce reports and analyze evidence to provide advice on revenue performance, policies, and strategies.
- Total remuneration value of up to $110,852 p.a., comprising an hourly rate, employer superannuation contribution, and leave loading.
