Administration & Customer Service Officer

We are seeking a proactive individual to join Cleanaway, a leading waste management company, as an Administration and Customer Service Officer in Rockhampton QLD, Australia.
This role involves providing frontline communication and support to external customers, responding to customer queries, and assisting with accounts and payroll functions.
About the Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to external customers
- Respond to customer queries in a positive and professional manner
- Act as a point of contact between operations, finance, sales, and site personnel
- Assist with accounts and payroll functions
- Process purchase orders and invoicing
- Assist with other duties as required
About You:
- Proven ability to promote proactive relationships with clients, suppliers, and on-site personnel
- Pleasant phone manner and enjoys assisting in customer resolutions
- Experience in JDE, Coupa, and Fleet Safety First software will be advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong time management and organisational skills
