A Travel Consultant is the first point of contact for clients seeking travel arrangements, both in-person and through online channels. As a key member of our team, you'll assist a broad range of clientele, from leisure travellers to business clients, ensuring that their travel plans are expertly tailored to suit their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Provide expert advice on domestic and international destinations, tours, accommodation, and travel packages.
  • Book flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, and other travel arrangements.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering outstanding service and handling inquiries promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, destination knowledge, and travel advisories.
  • Manage reservations, payments, and adjustments to bookings as needed.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business goals.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in a retail travel consultancy role (or relevant sales experience in the travel industry).
  • Strong knowledge of popular domestic and international travel destinations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple bookings and client requests.
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems (e.g., GDS systems like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) is an advantage.
  • A genuine passion for travel and an enthusiasm for sharing your travel expertise with clients.
