Our Role
You will manage client relationships through regular contact, quality financial health checks, and strong market awareness. Your key responsibilities include:
- Providing service excellence by demonstrating our service standards
- Building positive relationships with clients by identifying and anticipating their financial needs
- Offering innovative financial solutions including lending and investment options
- Driving client acquisition and referrals from existing portfolios
- Solving client needs personally and maintaining end-to-end service provision
- Collaborating with specialists to refer clients to appropriate financial planning and investment services
- Regularly contacting clients to maintain effective relationships and assess portfolio growth opportunities
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum 2 years' experience in mortgage/lending products services
- Experience in a sales role with diversified product offerings
- Passionate service professionals
- Committed relationship builders
- The capacity to flourish in a fast-paced environment
- Certificate IV accreditation in lending or similar (preferred)
- FSRA Tier 2 accreditation, including Deposit Products and General Insurance (preferred)
