Our Role

You will manage client relationships through regular contact, quality financial health checks, and strong market awareness. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing service excellence by demonstrating our service standards
  • Building positive relationships with clients by identifying and anticipating their financial needs
  • Offering innovative financial solutions including lending and investment options
  • Driving client acquisition and referrals from existing portfolios
  • Solving client needs personally and maintaining end-to-end service provision
  • Collaborating with specialists to refer clients to appropriate financial planning and investment services
  • Regularly contacting clients to maintain effective relationships and assess portfolio growth opportunities

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 2 years' experience in mortgage/lending products services
  • Experience in a sales role with diversified product offerings
  • Passionate service professionals
  • Committed relationship builders
  • The capacity to flourish in a fast-paced environment
  • Certificate IV accreditation in lending or similar (preferred)
  • FSRA Tier 2 accreditation, including Deposit Products and General Insurance (preferred)
