Human Resources Consultant

The Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network is a dynamic organization that values diversity, flexibility, and collaboration. As an Assistant Human Resources Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality HR advice and consultancy to designated sites.
This operational support position offers a unique opportunity to develop your HR expertise and contribute to the smooth operation of our healthcare services. You will work closely with Human Resource Consultants to tackle various HR challenges, support exciting project work, and maintain effective work practices.
In this role, you will assist with areas such as recruitment and selection, classification management, industrial relations, training and development, HR governance and compliance, organizational development, workplace health and safety, and employee redeployment.
As an Assistant HR Consultant, you will be a problem solver, identifying and researching issues while referring more complex matters to senior HR colleagues. Your ability to build strong relationships with managers and staff will be essential, as you promote and model HR best practices throughout the department.
About the Role:- This role requires experience in providing an advisory and/or operational service on human resource management matters in a diverse environment, including researching and analysing information and preparing reports.
The estimated salary for this position is between $67,589 and $72,033 per annum, plus additional benefits including superannuation, leave loading, and salary sacrificing opportunities.
