About the Role

As an HR Associate Director, you'll be responsible for delivering cyclical HR activities, including performance management, reward, talent management, and succession planning. You'll work closely with senior leaders to drive strategic workforce planning and organisational design strategies, leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic workforce planning and organisational design strategies
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business outcomes and achieve organisational goals
  • Provide expert advice on workforce shape and structure, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace
  • Leverage data and insights to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes
  • Implement change across the ANZ region, ensuring consistency in processes and policies
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Senior HR Business Partner
  • Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation
  • Demonstrable expertise in organisational design practices and strategic workforce planning
  • Proven people leadership and consulting skills
