Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Specialist

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in accounting or business, advanced excel skills, and extensive experience leading an end-to-end payroll function.

The successful candidate will also have demonstrated experience in mid-level to senior staff management, ability to lead and mentor team members, drive performance and development, and interpret awards and enterprise bargaining agreements.

A valid Employee Working with Children Check is a requirement of employment for this position.
