Regional Compensation and Benefits Specialist

This is a rare opportunity to join as a Regional Compensation and Benefits Specialist, where you will partner with in-country HR and business leaders to provide technical expertise in the design and management of reward and benefit programmes across Australia and SE Asia.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with in-country HR and business leaders to deliver reward strategy tailored to Australian and SE-Asia operations
  • Lead rem and bens projects and improvements activities across Australia and SE Asia
  • Provide technical expertise in the design and management of reward and benefit programmes
