About the Role

As an Office Administration Specialist, you will play a vital role in facilitating the effective functioning of our administrative operations. Your exceptional organizational abilities and proactive mindset will be essential in upholding our standards of efficiency and professionalism.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Tuesday to Friday: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Total of 38 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver administrative assistance to various departments and senior leadership.
  • Organize and manage files, documentation, and correspondence effectively.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Support the creation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Handle incoming communications with professionalism, including calls and emails.
  • Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained.

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Certificate III in Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable administrative position.

Desirable:

  • Experience with Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft D365 Customer Engagement.
