We are seeking a rehabilitation consultant to support clients recovering from workplace or motor vehicle injuries.

The successful candidate will conduct a range of services including workplace assessments, functional capacity evaluations, and return-to-work planning.

They will collaborate with employers, insurers, and medical professionals to build effective relationships and support client outcomes.

  • Key responsibilities include supporting clients to return to work and activities of daily living.
  • Conducting workplace assessments and functional capacity evaluations to identify client capabilities and needs.
  • Developing return-to-work plans in collaboration with employers, insurers, and medical professionals.

For this role, we require:

  • Tertiary qualifications as an Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Osteopath plus relevant professional accreditation (ESSA and APHRA).
  • Previous occupational rehabilitation experience is desired, although not required – we strive for our team to be driven and show integrity in their role.
  • A current driver's license & access to a vehicle.
