Senior Rehabilitation Specialist | Injury Management and Rehabilitation

A highly rewarding opportunity has arisen for a skilled and experienced Senior Rehabilitation Specialist to lead our Darwin operations.

This is a full-time role, providing you with the chance to drive strategic growth, develop a successful team, and deliver high-quality rehabilitation services.

The purpose of this role is multifaceted:

  • Develop and manage a high-performing team, focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving outstanding outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our national management team to establish and execute an ambitious strategic growth plan, driving revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including insurers and agents, ensuring seamless service delivery and efficient claims management.
About You

To succeed in this challenging yet fulfilling role, you will need:

  • At least 4 years of occupational rehabilitation experience, preferably in a leadership or management capacity.
  • Current accreditation/membership as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist.
  • Strong knowledge of workers' compensation schemes and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to various stakeholders.
