Work Injury Rehabilitation Specialist

Our company is seeking a skilled Work Injury Rehabilitation Specialist to provide workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will utilise their specialist knowledge and skills to assist individuals to return to meaningful engagement in occupations.
  • Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.
  • Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests.
  • Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise.
  • Responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client's progress toward their return to work goal.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of business objectives.

Requirements
  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP).
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application.
