Job Overview

As a Rehabilitation Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will take a holistic care approach to work within a multidisciplinary team, supporting the journey from rehabilitation to recovery.
  • Perform various assessments depending on your area of expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite assessments, and activities of daily living assessments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including employees, medical specialists, treatment providers, and allied health professionals.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor personalized rehabilitation plans.
Requirements for Success
  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Osteopathy, or Social Work.
  • Australian Citizenship.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and analytical skills.
  • Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal.
  • Passion to help individuals rehabilitate and achieve their full potential.
  • Relevant occupational rehabilitation experience is highly regarded.
Work Environment

Enjoy a structured working schedule with set hours for a better work-life balance. Enjoy early starts and finishes: 7:30am – 3:30pm four days per week. Located at RAAF Darwin.
