About the Role

This is a key opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of ADF personnel who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries.

We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical reasoning skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for rehabilitation.

  • Support ADF personnel through clinical assessments and interventions
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve common goals
  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Clinical assessments and interventions to support ADF personnel
  • Collaboration with stakeholders, including employees, medical specialists, and other treatment providers
  • Development and implementation of rehabilitation plans
What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rehabilitation Consultant with:

  • Current registration or membership with relevant industry bodies (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, or AASW)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Osteopathy, or Social Work
  • Australian Citizenship
  • Strong clinical reasoning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for rehabilitation and making a positive impact on people's lives
