About the RoleThis challenging and dynamic role involves applying your clinical reasoning skills to assess and develop individualised rehabilitation plans for ADF personnel. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care and support the journey from rehab to healing.
- Perform a variety of assessments, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including medical specialists, treatment providers, and allied health professionals
- Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans based on service delivery outcomes, not billable hours
