Job Overview

The Conference and Events Coordinator role is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team.

This full-time position will suit an individual with a background in Banquets Operations, Sales or Hospitality who is passionate about planning and organizing events and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a range of events from initial inquiry through to the post-event

  • Build and nurture client relationships
  • Process deposits and prepayments in a timely manner

Requirements
  • Experience in a similar position or fresh graduate with C&E Management study
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • High standards of personal presentation and grooming
  • Sound knowledge of the Hospitality Industry
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs
