Event Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled event manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional events and conferences.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a group of colleagues, ensuring efficient event setups and optimal staffing.
  • Manage client expectations to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Liaise with organizers to establish day-to-day needs and special requirements.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure thorough understanding of event requirements.
  • Follow up on guest comments, requests, and complaints.

Skill Requirements

  • Australian work rights without restrictions.
  • Tertiary qualifications in hospitality or a related field.
  • 2+ years' experience in managing events and conferences.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and training abilities.
