
Conference and Events Coordinator

This is a dynamic position for an experienced Event and Conference Manager to lead our team at the Pullman Hotel in Sydney.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to oversee events and conferences from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure and have a positive can-do attitude.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising function room set-ups and servicing, hiring equipment based on event orders, following up on client queries and providing food and drink service to customers.
They will also supervise and support employees, ensure standards and procedures are observed and communicate effectively with relevant departments.
Additionally, they will conduct performance evaluations, prepare weekly forecasts and liaise with management to promote the outlet and increase market share.
Key Responsibilities:
