Procure to Pay Administrator Role

This administrator position serves as the primary Coupa P2P platform expert and works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective procurement operations and system compliance.

The successful candidate will manage, support, and optimize the Coupa P2P platform by providing subject matter expertise across TA's Procure to Pay system(s) and workflows.

  • Supporting optimization and issue resolution through collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Informing platform enhancements through user feedback collection.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of experience supporting or administering Coupa or similar Procure-to-Pay platforms and possesses strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Managing user roles, system configurations, permissions, and approval workflows to align with business needs.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to tailor system functionality to procurement strategy and driving best practices.
  • Configuring and maintaining key Coupa modules (Procurement, Invoicing, Analytics, SIM).
  • Collaborating with Procurement, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless integration with ERP and other platforms.
  • Providing user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, process flows, and SOPs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
  • Critical thinking: Ability to assess situations logically and make sound judgments.
