Procurement Operations Specialist

This role oversees the strategic management of procurement operations, ensuring seamless integration with business systems and driving platform adoption.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of procure-to-pay systems, supplier networks, and compliance requirements.

  • Provides subject matter expertise across procure-to-pay systems and workflows, supporting optimization and issue resolution.
  • Collects user feedback to inform platform enhancements and improve the user experience.
  • Serves as the primary administrator and platform subject matter expert for Coupa.
  • Manages user roles, system configurations, permissions, and approval workflows to align with business needs.
  • Manages platform updates and new feature rollouts in coordination with Coupa and IT.
  • Partners with stakeholders to tailor system functionality to procurement strategy and drive best practices.
  • Configures and maintains key Coupa modules (procurement, invoicing, analytics, SIM).
  • Collaborates with Procurement, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless integration with ERP and other platforms.
  • Provides user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Creates, maintains, and manages comprehensive project documentation, process flows, and SOPs.
  • Champions digital upskilling and automation adoption across the organization.
  • Leads change management and user adoption efforts to train team members on relevant system features, processes, and tools.
  • Other duties as necessary in the effective performance of the role or as directed by stakeholders.

The Procure-to-Pay System Administrator is a key member of the travel center operations team, responsible for managing and optimizing the Coupa P2P platform to ensure effective procurement operations and system compliance.
