Procure to Pay System Expert

The Procure to Pay System Expert is a subject matter expert in the Coupa Procure to Pay system and its integration with other applications.

As an integral member of our team, you will work closely with business stakeholders and a Coupa Technical Admin to gain alignment and ensure requirements and requests are addressed.

The Coupa Expert manages, supports, and optimizes the Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform to ensure effective procurement operations and system compliance.

  • Providing subject matter expertise across workflows, supporting optimization and issue resolution.
  • Collecting user feedback to inform platform enhancements and improve the user experience.
  • Serving as the primary administrator and platform subject matter expert for the Coupa platform.
  • Managing user roles, system configurations, permissions, and approval workflows to align with business needs.
  • Managing platform updates and new feature rollouts in coordination with Coupa and IT.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to tailor system functionality to procurement strategy and drive best practices.
  • Configuring and maintaining key Coupa modules (Procurement, Invoicing, Analytics, SIM).
  • Collaborating with Procurement, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless integration with ERP and other platforms.
  • Providing user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Creating, maintaining, and managing comprehensive project documentation, process flows, and SOPs.
  • Championing digital upskilling and automation adoption across the organization.
  • Leading change management and user adoption efforts to train team members on relevant system features, processes, and tools.
  • Ensuring safety, risk, and compliance culture and expectations are met. Prioritizing safety in all aspects of the role and supporting the Believe in Zero safety philosophy.
