Job Description

This is a critical role in our organization, responsible for ensuring the effective functioning of our Procure to Pay system. As a subject matter expert, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to align requirements and ensure seamless system operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level support for our Coupa Procure to Pay system and its integration with other boundary applications.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to inform platform enhancements and improve user experience.
  • Serve as primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Coupa platform.
  • Manage user roles, system configurations, permissions, and approval workflows to align with business needs.
  • Partner with stakeholders to tailor system functionality to procurement strategy and drive best practices.
  • Configure and maintain key Coupa modules (Procurement, Invoicing, Analytics, SIM).
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless integration with ERP and other platforms.
  • Provide user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years leading or supporting cross-functional projects, ideally involving P2P systems, automation tools, or process redesign.
  • 4-6 years of experience supporting or administering Coupa or similar Procure-to-Pay platforms.
  • Experience with ERP integration with P2P systems (SAP & Coupa preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to clearly document processes and requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to navigate technical and non-technical teams.
