Job Title: Procure to Pay System Administrator

This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the procurement process, ensuring effective operations and system compliance.

The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in procure-to-pay systems and their integration with other applications. They will work closely with cross-functional business stakeholders and technical administrators to gain alignment and ensure requirements and requests are addressed.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience leading or supporting cross-functional projects, ideally involving procure-to-pay systems, automation tools, or process redesign. Additionally, they should have 4–6 years of experience supporting or administering Coupa or similar procure-to-pay platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide subject matter expertise across procure-to-pay systems and workflows, supporting optimization and issue resolution
  • Collect user feedback to inform platform enhancements and improve the user experience
  • Serve as the primary administrator and platform subject matter expert for the Coupa platform
  • Manage user roles, system configurations, permissions, and approval workflows to align with business needs
  • Manage platform updates and new feature rollouts in coordination with Coupa and IT
  • Partner with stakeholders to tailor system functionality to procurement strategy and drive best practices
  • Configure and maintain key Coupa modules (procurement, invoicing, analytics, SIM)
  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT to ensure seamless integration with ERP and other platforms
  • Provide user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Creating, maintaining, and managing comprehensive project documentation, process flows, and SOPs
  • Championing digital upskilling and automation adoption across the organization
  • Lead change management and user adoption efforts to train all team members on relevant system features, processes, and tools
  • Ensure safety, risk, and compliance culture and expectations are met
