Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel team in Western Sydney. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist and supervise the hotel team to ensure efficient operation of all departments.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service, quality, and safety.
  • Coordinate and manage hotel operations, including guest check-in/check-out, room assignments, and other related tasks.
  • Act as a liaison between guests and staff to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in hotel management, with a strong background in operations and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
