Professional Services Business Banking Lead

We are seeking a results-driven Business Banking Manager to join our Professional Services team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of key professional services customers and referral partners.
You will identify new business and referral opportunities, establish and develop networks of internal and external contacts, build long-term relationships based on trust, value and industry experience, maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio, and implement local competitive and aggressive sales campaigns and initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Previous experience in business, commercial or private banking, ideally with exposure to professional services customers.
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and manage a diverse portfolio.
- Sound credit analysis and lending skills.
- Strong understanding of business financials, cash flow cycle and customer risk profiles.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
