Senior Business Banking Professional

As a Business Banking Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of property specialists to achieve business objectives. You will prioritize customer satisfaction above all else and foster innovation to create strong, lasting relationships.
Each day, you will assess property development and investment transactions, prepare and submit property lending proposals, maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio, utilize a structured sales approach to build and leverage relationships with specialists to deepen customer advocacy, and develop and improve professional excellence through the management of individual and team performance.
We are seeking experienced professionals in business banking and/or credit assessment who possess expertise in Commercial Real Estate and have a proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships with diverse stakeholders. A strong passion for customer service and driving customer advocacy is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess property development and investment transactions

Requirements:
- Strong prior demonstrated experience within business banking and/or credit assessment
- Expertise in Commercial Real Estate (preference that you hold a business-related degree and/or post-graduate professional qualification)
- Proven track record of quickly establishing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders internally and externally
- A strong passion for customer service and driving customer advocacy
