Lead Business Strategist Small Business Banking

We are seeking an experienced leader to lead our high-performing team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and business objectives in Small Business Banking. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and improve financial performance.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to create tailored financial solutions that meet the unique needs of small businesses.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team of Small Business Bankers who deliver great customer experiences and strong relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver customer advocacy, financial performance, and risk outcomes for your area.
  • Develop strong partnerships with relevant internal & external business partners to support Small Business performance.
  • Proactively manage financial & non-financial risk, ensuring data quality and compliance obligations are met.

We seek a candidate with:

  • Leadership experience preferably within Business Banking.
  • Commercial lending experience.
  • Demonstrated performance in delivering strong financial and customer outcomes.
  • Proven capability in developing a risk-aware team culture and proactively managing financial & non-financial risk.
