In the role of Business Banking Manager, Professional Services, you will join the highly engaged Professional Services team that's doubling down on winning together.

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

  • Personally develop and manage a portfolio of key professional services customers and referral partners
  • Identify new business and referral opportunities & establish, develop and utilise networks of internal and external contacts to aid achievement of income targets
  • Build long-term relationships based on trust, value and industry experience
  • Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio
  • Implement local competitive and aggressive sales campaigns and initiatives & sell and promote tailored Bank products and services within Bank parameters

We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

  • Previous experience in business, commercial or private banking, ideally with exposure to professional services customers
  • Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and manage a diverse portfolio
  • Sound credit analysis and lending skills
  • Strong understanding of business financials, cash flow cycle and customer risk profiles
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Tertiary qualifications in finance, business or related fields are highly desirable
