Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our high-performing team. As a Senior Cost Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding projects in the building space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive cost management services to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary project teams to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions.
  • Manage budgets, conduct trade take-offs, and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
  • Implement value management strategies and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed cost reports and conduct financial reconciliations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience in the building sector.
  • Strong understanding of Quantity Surveying principles and construction practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of the latest industry methodologies and innovations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
