Senior Cost Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating cost plans, project budgets, and commercial activities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining accurate cost estimates and commercial management strategies.
  • Preparing and presenting cost reports and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with design teams to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Providing expert advice on cost management best practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • More than 5 years' experience in cost management or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of cost planning, budgeting, and commercial management principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
