We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager to lead our project delivery team.

Job Summary

This role involves leading the delivery of multiple projects, acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders and clients, and overseeing commercial aspects of the business.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have 5+ years of experience as a cost manager and senior cost manager, with a strong track record of delivering pre-contract and post-contract deliverables.

A relevant professional qualification, such as MRICS or MAIQS, is preferred, and experience in commercial development and fit-out sectors would be beneficial.

You will be responsible for managing T&T financials on project and commission management, assisting with carbon calculation services, and leading a team in delivering projects for key clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders and clients
  • Oversee commercial aspects of the business, including fee proposals and business generation sessions
  • Manage T&T financials on project and commission management
  • Assist with carbon calculation services
  • Lead a team in delivering projects for key clients
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a cost manager and senior cost manager
  • Strong track record of delivering pre-contract and post-contract deliverables
  • Relevant professional qualification, such as MRICS or MAIQS
  • Experience in commercial development and fit-out sectors
