About the Position
  • Receive and dispatch goods in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide friendly and professional customer support via phone and email
  • Update orders with precision and accuracy, including pallets and customer details
  • Liaise with drivers, both local and line haul, to ensure smooth transportation of goods
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and a strong work ethic
Requirements
  • Experience with SAP preferred, but not essential
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
