Operations Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to support the day-to-day operations of a dynamic depot, ensuring smooth service delivery and operational compliance.
As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in coordinating daily activities, including service delivery, rostering, and reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting depot managers in implementing business plans and strategic objectives.
- Coordinating school runs, route services, special events, and charter operations.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Managing staff resource allocations, including driver rosters.
Requirements for the role include:
- Previous experience in transport or logistics (full training provided).
- Minimum MR Driver's Licence and Passenger Transport Driver accreditation.
- Current First Aid Certificate and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with excellent communication skills.
- Intermediate computer literacy, with ability to navigate integrated software systems.
