The Spaceport Operations Manager will oversee the management of our housing accommodations and community, focusing on developing effective customer service strategies and training programs.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers
  • Hire and develop team members
  • Maintain compliance with mandatory company protocols
  • Manage scheduling and payroll systems
  • Conduct interviews and onboarding for new employees

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of operational experience

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience launching new operations and/or creating operational procedures from scratch
  • Advanced knowledge of customer service and conflict resolution techniques
  • Experience leading large teams of 10 or more staff members
  • Familiarity with spatial planning principles and operational procedures
