Job Description:

The Spaceport Operations Manager will be responsible for directing and managing the organization's housing accommodations and community. This role involves developing and implementing effective customer service strategies and training programs. Key responsibilities of the Spaceport Operations Manager will include, but are not limited to: coordinating service operations, monitoring and motivating staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, engaging with customers, hiring and developing talent, maintaining compliance with mandatory company training, managing scheduling and payroll, and conducting interviews and onboarding for new staff.

  • Oversee daily operations, including strategy and execution of leasing and traveler housing program
  • Monitor quality and consistency of spaceport operations by setting and enforcing standards
  • Train staff on customer service and anticipate guest needs
  • Enforce proper safety practices with staff and lead
  • Manage financial activities for spaceport operations strategically driving revenue and improving operating costs
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field

5+ years of operations experience
