Production Operations Coordinator

">Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Operations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day activities of our production facility.

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our facility by coordinating and managing all aspects of production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and dispatch goods efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers through friendly communication and support.
  • Update orders accurately, including pallets and customer details, in a timely manner.
  • Respond promptly to customer requests via phone and email, addressing their queries and resolving issues.
  • Organize and file documents securely, maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with daily operations and provide administrative support as required.
  • Liaise closely with drivers, both local and line haul, to ensure seamless logistics and delivery processes.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned to contribute to the success of the team.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with enterprise software systems preferred.
  • Proficient in data entry with high accuracy and speed.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • High work ethic with a commitment to delivering results.
  • Reliable and self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills.
