
Director of Customer Experience

We are seeking a seasoned executive to spearhead our Personal Banking division's digital endeavors as Digital Engagement Lead. As a key player on the team, you will drive enhanced digital engagement and deepen customer relationships through targeted and personalized digital notifications.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of driving business outcomes in senior leadership roles, with experience in developing and executing strategic initiatives that achieve desired results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to elevate digital engagement and boost customer satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-priority notification use cases and enhance capabilities.
- Promote the strategic direction and commercial viability of notifications as a channel for Personal Banking.
- Foster strong relationships with executive stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Optimize conversion rates to drive commercial value and improve the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles with a focus on Digital Enablement, leading CX/digital programs, and delivering tangible outcomes.
- Able to articulate and implement business strategy that drives intended results.
- A proven track record of delivering results in complex environments.
- Experience building high-performing teams and fostering collaborative work environments.
